Really? I'll ask the twitterverse. Nova Scotia announced their partnership with Whitecaps. In that announcement it said something like "as per the LTPD's/CSA's nationwide directive all leagues must be u13-15-17". I assume this is for the top league in a province. Doesn't make sense blending age groups at the gold/bronze/silver level, for example. BCSPL stops at u17 now. Which means u18 MSL should be quite good in quality (so hopefully they establish a university scouting tournament!). Not sure why BCSPL wouldn't participate in nationals considering how much focus as been on the "Premier Cup" the last few years. Although Ontario's OPDL isn't participating in nationals, I believe. So BCSPL may be following OPDL's lead. The nationals tournament set-up does not follow the LTPD so that tournament is an example of CSA contradicting itself.
