Full 5-District schedules finally up, to December 5th. Disappointed that play ends Dec 5, instead of the 12th, especially when there's teams we haven't played in our division yet. With Labour Day being so late, it feel like being gypped out of a game.

Still issues with unbalanced schedules as well. Our U18 Div 1 team has 4 home games, 7 away games scheduled.

Completely agree - do not like ending on December 5 at ALL, does anyone remember how many "league weeks" we had last year?

If it doesnt get sorted out with realignment perhaps a friendly is in order? We would invite you out to Langley. I will personally pay for the ref:)

There are 2 teams sitting each week in u15 Div 2 which is rediculous. Hopefully it will be fixed over thanksgiving. I would imagine with tiering at least one spot would be filled.

sure hope you are correct. Such a shame to have 2 teams sitting each week indeed.

Our league looked into this night and we have been told that they aldergrove team actually does exist and they will be making up the games missed to date.

Hope this is correct

We played 12 games each of the last 2 years...with a bye last year, if my memory serves, so 13 weeks.
This year would be 11 games with a bye...12 weeks.

Looks like they worked out the bugs and the team is now on the schedule.

They have now started a bit of tiering (u16 div 1 so far) so they were obviously waiting for this last weeked to pass before fixing it.

Unfortunately it looks like the league games still end on Dec 5th....BOOH!

I've often seen scheds marked as ending early December but of course with postponements games tend to go until nearer Christmas - but I've also seen games added as the season went on....you just never know! You have to laugh at the randomness....or you'd cry.

Good point. Last two years we had games rained out and no chance for a make up (for me anyway). Maybe this will help.

D5 make up games were just played this weekend, so they're probably looking at re-tiering the groups now....hopefully we don't have to wait to long. Games start Jan 9, final will be Mar 5.

SMSA - The organization in Surrey who is supposed to be running /organizing soccer in Surrey and who banned kids from playing before the start of the season should be more responsible . Their own District Sandra Duncan cup info /schedule was only posted on their website on Dec 31 2015 just 2 days before the 1st round games !! Capture.JPG

You should get your facts straight. Those kids didn't play because of coach and club and their takeover attempt. Not because of smsa.

easoccer , i was referring to the unfair ban on all CCB players before the start of the winter season and wrote "before the start of the season"

Sorry, it was hard to understand because the teams weren't banned the club was, and ultimately it ended before the start of the season. I do agree though, I would have liked to see the schedule out sooner, but I assume the schedulers wanted to have a christmas break as well, and wait for results to trickle in, and clubs were probably pushing for better seeting.
