It is going to be a great and entertaining year!

For Liverpool, we are still suspect / leaky at the back but when the mood strikes, we are lethal moving forward.

I thought manchester united would beat City considering the fact Aguero did not play

Think Mou was being truthful when he said the absence of Aguero actually hurt his game plan.
It made City's game plan far less predictable.

Liverpool 2 v Chelsea 1 - Brilliant performance by the super reds and superb goal by Henderson who had a tough time with injuries last season. Derby up next , a chance to give back up players a game [ maybe even bad attitude dude Sakho ]

The following link adroitly describes the various levels/stages of being a Gunner Supporter.

    http://www.joe.co.uk/sport/the-5-types-of-arsenal-fan/6429

I am a relative newcomer to the sport of football. It began tens years ago to be precise. First as a semi-interested fan of a then "exotic" sport (see 70s prairie kid), to now a soccer parent, a Whitecaps supporter (after landing an MLS franchise) and finally an aspiring old fart's league player (perhaps someday).
I trace the roots of my becoming a Gooner to the Champions League final vs Barcelona in 2006. It was the very first soccer match that I purposely sat down to watch. My business partner and client were already fans, and they were generous in giving me the down low on what it was all about, the cup, the teams, the important names etc etc. From then on-wards, the electrifying match that took place on the screen before me was quite possibly the best introduction anyone could have to the beautiful game. The opening kick-off where Thierry Henri nearly scored in the first minute, the disastrous dismissal of Jens Lehmann, the go ahead goal from Sol Campbell, to the eventual heartbreaking 2nd half goals against by Eto'o & Belletti, it serves to this day as a microcosm of what it means to be a Gooner. COYG!!

Liverpool beat Derby 3-0 away in the EFL Cup . Klopp picked a strong team and we totally dominated from start to finish.
Grujic the young 20 yr old Serbian played brilliant in centre mid

Gunners came to play today in big rivalry match.
Arsenal's depth on display as they thrashed their long time nemesis, Chelsea, in an incisive manner.
They also won their EFL Cup tie in convincing fashion this week with a completely different starting XI.
Champions league up next vs Basel on Wednesday.
    COYG!!

The Citizens are not invincible after all, belief is finding a home at White Hart Lane, the Reds switch it on at half time, and the Gunners give Wenger a late 20th anniversary commemoration gift.
Top of the table gets tighter after the weekend's results confirming that this may be the most compelling Premier league season in some time.

Funny enough, LVG had Man U 3 points further along at this stage of the season last year compared to this one... it won't get better either as Liverpool will not be giving up the 3 points in 2 weeks time :)

    I'm pulling for Manchester United.

(Only team I can beat Barcelona with, when playing against my son in Fifa 17. Real Madrid keeps letting me down. LOL)

Can't have LFC moving ahead of my Spurs...As painful as it may be, I'll hold my nose and cheer for United.

Top of the table on points after City wobbles yet again.

    The race is on!

Apologies to any Man United supporters on the website.

    :)
