Where can I see more info on PUFC suspension.
Our coach tried calling the club numbers and contacts but no answer???
My sons team is suppose to play them in Surrey this weekend.
Some exceptional results from BC SPL finals.

U14 Boys Fraser Valley
U15 Boys CMF
U16 Boys Mountain FC
U18 Boys CMF
U13 Girls Thompson Okanagan
U14 Girls Surrey United
U15 Girls Mountain FC
U16 Girls CMF
From the reads and sound of above it appears Newton based Clubs created their own head ache.
The drive for numbers is probably allowing teams and parents to negotiate their way into system. Thus systemic problem.
The price points are same for SFC and CCB, PUFC has more aggressive pricing...
This where we have good in Fraser Valley. The District Model BCSPL in Fraser Valley should have been the way to implement the program.
This way there would more club support then under current model.
So only Surrey United shifted to FVSL. Is that true?
For Surrey Clubs they on border for VMSL and FVSL.
It would be a make FVSL better and competitive if atleast 3 teams moved over to FVSL from VMSL or if FVSL opens dorrs for competitive teams to enter teams.
Right now I see SU cake walking...
I do agree the there should be a refresher requirement for coaches program built into the pathway.
As for cost - should a non issue.
Some of us who coach for money or ref for money make a significant coin as part timers.
Charging $50 per child for month for being a paid coach and $45 to $80...

A look at PUFC website:
"NOTICE is hereby given that a special general meeting of the members of Pacific United Football Club (“PUFC”) is hereby called for 6:30p.m. on , June 7th, 2016, to be held at the Strawberry Hill public library Room."
While there very little details (surprisingly) it...
The Governance Model implemented by the Clubs who make the districts is what matters and will decide how well the district will work.
Whether you 3 , 6, 10 clubs the model maketh the operational side of the district.
The culture of the group will decide the essence of the District.
It is no...
BCSPL vs METRO
This weekend BCSPL teams are playing Semis and it appears 2 Metro teams challenged the premier cup.
Based on the league standing these are 2 top metro team who rightfully beleived through their Club Technical program that they are capable challengers and can compete at BCSPL...
If BC Soccer has approved the merger at AGM , does that mean this is a must go at District level?
How many players in total are we talking in this large boundary?
Their AGM is happening soon , hopefully some fresh announcements to head on with VMSL.
Rumour has it big prize money , sponsored kits and better support system.
Interesting enough I am reffing games at Newton and see PUFC teams walking onto field wearing Akal FC uniform.
I am told by these folks that they did not have clue PUFC playing as to wearing Akal FC. This is their first games and were just handed these unforms.
So based on what I read in...
Most Leagues, Districts and Clubs were established back in early 70’s and 80’s. These were mostly volunteer run organizations with passion for and vision for soccer, etc.
Then came along the 90’s the business of academy with a platform to make a buck out of the desire to create an environment...
