Another weekend in the books, should start seeing some progress in your teams - how did everyone do?

Sadly we still see no updates from 4 District with regards to scoring / standings :(

Last match before our version of an International Break, otherwise known in these parts as Thanksgiving Tournament Weekend!!
Our lads in D5 came up against some weaker opposition which made for a lopsided score line. However it did afford the opportunity to play our goalie & defenders out as striker and forwards, and vice versa. It gave everyone an eye-full and something to think about while continuing to build our cohesion.

We had another strong showing to improve to 3-0 this week. The lads have come along really well, and we held some optional off-season training sessions during mid-late summer which the majority attended and really improved their skills and have gone from a middling U13 Silver 2 team last year to (hopefully) being bumped up to Silver 1 over the re-tiering break (we've had two games which were very one sided). They lost 3 teammates to our Gold team this year and the new recruits from last year's Bronze team have really stepped up which is great to see. It's "only" rec soccer but it is great to see the lads committing to the game and really enjoying being around their teammates (especially as 90% of our boys don't play any other sports).

Our Division Liaison has been great at emailing the scores and table out to us (due to the non-updating of the 4D website) as well.
