Last year at the U17 (99s) there were 14 teams in Div 1, and for the League cup they moved the Langley Div 2 up into the 2nd group of 6 as well as the the top team from u16 (2000s).... jumping over the bottom 4 of the Div 1 teams??? they always bump up to fill out groups, but to promote them...
