I am looking at our clubs roster for the Cascadia Soccer League and we have 2 x U11 teams with 13players each(Tier 1 and Tier 2) in a 8v8 format.
Can someone tell me the Tier 1 and Tier 2 meanings? Is it basically say U11 Gold vs Silver?
