I,m in favour of allowing players to play wherever they want same as the BCPL . Not sure but i think the out of District rule is 5 players ???

SMSA will prob not favour this option as they lose their power which they have used unfairly at times [ Example -suspension on CCB] . Going under the the new District set-up will make things very fair & transparent

These refs should be punished by lengthy suspensions Referees report is what the Discipline panels go by to set punishments but if a referee or club has failed to file a report then it should be investigated and club and referee should be punished heavily

SMSA and most of its current board should be replaced before they are allowed into any new District set-up

Competition for Vancouver Whitecaps and opportunities for local BC youngsters to play for a pro soccer team . Its going to be a huge challenge due to the huge size of Canada and huge travelling costs.

Generally the Surrey Indo clubs have always participated in the USSL during the summer so if its full year then it would include USSL . The full year registration was started by BC Tigers and CCB together and it was for fall & ussl summer play .
