Many of the big clubs have big revenues and should not be charging players to tryout . Its should just be budgeted into the other operating costs .

But they already had a Special General Meeting where the club was supposed to have been taken over by BC Tigers. There is nothing on the PUFC site about Evaluations and nothing about the Special Meeting about a resolution for BC Tigers to take over. There is nothing on the BC Tigers website...

BC Tigers the summer club have very few top level technical coach,s , most of the coach,s are parent volunteers while others are mostly committee member types. They have not posted any fall registration info/forms and no Evaluation dates etc.

Don,t know about other fall clubs but in Surrey the following clubs charge money for tryouts - Surrey Utd, Coastal fc , Surrey Youth SFC . Around $15 CASH per player and many of the tryouts have over 100 players !

Tryouts must good money makers at $15 CASH per player but i feel tryouts should be free .

Its totally wrong to bring in ringers to win tournaments and rules should be enforced

Metro wars - Newton/Surrey clubs - CCB,SFC, BC TIGERS/PUFC will be fighting for max Metro spots in each boys age group . Tryouts coming up and some clubs will be after 2 spots in each age group . Mostly all BC TIGERS teams including Metro teams currently with SFC will likely go with BC TIGERS...
