Yes, once upon a time the Boys had 4 clubs (based on geography) that long ago formed into one. The Girls have only ever been one small club and it's only around 500 members. Richmond District board is simply made up of the same directors that come from the clubs. All the same people run everything.

U17 has 14 teams, 4 of which are from Surrey clubs. Only u18 has 8. I don't pay add much to the girls side so don't know if that's different or not.
