I think he means Dist 5 as theres 16 teams in Div 1 . It should be divided up with maybe 8 teams in Div 1 A & 8 in Div 1 B. The Newton teams are very weak in U17 this year due to losing their top players to the 4 U17 Metro teams based at Newton.
