The U11 & U12 divisions in Dist 5 have been "tiered further" by splitting them up into A,B, & C sub-divisions.
Most of the sub-divisions have 10 teams each, with a couple of exceptions that have 8 or 12 teams.

We agree that increasing coaching standards is fundamentally more important as it pertains to improving player development in Canada. At the end, the whole will be greater than the sum of its' parts :D
To clarify, the Wesburn tournament which we participated in over the thanksgiving weekend did not have any finals.
Each team in their various groups (Gold, Silver, etc.) played four games. Everyone received a medal.
